We understand the unique needs of the older adult population and is knowledgeable about, aging-in-place home modifications, common remodeling projects and solutions to common barriers. We Recommend updates that will help a person live independently in his or her own home and can develop a home modification or build plan based on the safety and functional needs of an individual or household by collaborating with a licensed contractor to create attractive, barrier-free living spaces. We have knowledge on building codes and standards, useful products and resources, and the costs and time required for common remodeling projects.

We provide site consultations to inventory your current lifestyle and furnishings as well as how best to maximize your memorable belongings into your new residence. Turn-key design-move-installation is available as well as coordination of non-usable items. Interaction with extended family is welcome! Furniture layout plans included as well as any new items that might be needed. When a complete overhaul is desired ("out with the old"!!) we provide full interior design services and can also ala carte as requested. Each residence and client have a specific desire so each project is addressed accordingly.
